做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
