做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
