做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
