做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
