做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
