做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
