做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
