做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
