做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
