做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
