做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
