做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
