做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
