做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
