做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
