做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
