做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
