做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
