做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
