做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
