做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
