做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
