做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
