做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
