做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
