做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
