做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
