做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
