做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
