做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
