做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
