做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
