做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
