做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
