做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
