做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
