做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
