做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
