做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
