做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
