做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
