做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
