做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
