做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
