做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
