做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
