做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
