做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
