做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
