做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
